We build for the long haul, not just the launch. To ensure your new systems integrate seamlessly into your life and business, every project includes a structured two-phase support window.

1. Active Hypercare (The First 14 Days)

Immediately following your launch, we enter a 14-day Hypercare period. This is where we "tune" the engine while it’s running in the real world.

What’s included: Minor logic adjustments, workflow fine-tuning, and "how-to" questions for you or your team.

The Goal: To ensure that the automation handles your real-life edge cases (like that one client who always fills out forms incorrectly).

2. Technical Warranty (Day 15 to Day 30)

After Hypercare, your system moves into a Technical Warranty phase.

What’s included: We guarantee the integrity of the build. If an n8n node fails or a connection breaks due to the original configuration, we fix it at zero cost.

What’s not included: New features, adding new steps to a workflow, or fixing issues caused by third-party platform updates (e.g., if Instagram changes its API). These are handled via our Systems Stewardship retainer.
