Orchestration

Automation that honors your humanity.

True efficiency isn't just about speed; it's about clarity. My role is to serve as a Systems Architect for your business, designing workflows that create space for you to breathe. We move from "managing chaos" to "orchestrating harmony," giving you the mental freedom to think, create, and enjoy.

Strategy & Mental Clearance

First, we'll work together to identify the noise. We look at what pulls your focus and what drains your reserve. From there, I'll create a personalized plan to close those open loops.

Automation can help with multi-platform content creation and scheduling, seemless client onboarding and billing, workflows, calendar management. If you do it more than 3 time a week, it can be autormated.

So let's automate it so you can be free to focus on what you truly love.

Design & Build

With a plan in-hand, I then use a blend of AI (when needed and with your permission), automation tooling, and my own experience to take the repetitive and taxing stuff off your plate.

Everything is set up to systems you already use. Anything new will be setup on your accounts, either in the cloud or on your own private set up. — You will know where your data is stored, and your privacy and those you serve will stay in your hands.

Who Boss in Balance serves

Parents who are building something real – and refuse to burn out doing it.

The Multifaceted Solopreneur

You’re a coach, consultant, creative, or solopreneur who wears all the hats – marketing, sales, content creation, delivery, admin.

You want automations that feel like adding a highly competent assistant, not another piece of tech you have to manage or worse, a robot taking over your brand.

The Present Partner, Not the Burned-Out One

You’re someone who refuses to pause family life for business. You want to protect your evenings, your focus. School drop-offs, sports practice, doctors appointments, workouts, date nights, you have a lot going on.

You need to protect your time and mental and physical load – so nothing important slips, but you’re also not up at midnight answering emails.

The Entrepreneur Running Lean

You’re a small team, and you refuse to let growth come at the cost of your (or your team's) lives.

Client work, follow-ups, and decisions are constant—but so are family commitments, personal goals, and the need to shut your brain off at night.

You need the tools in place that keep you and your team from being bottlenecks that result in always working late nights.

How we’ll work together

Simple, clear, and structured — on purpose.

You already have enough chaos. The process to get support shouldn’t add more. Here’s how a typical engagement flows, from first hello to “wow, I can take a vacation!”

1 Discovery & clarity

30-minute Clarity Call

A simple conversation where we look at what’s taking your time and what must stay protected in your life — school runs, client time, creative time, downtime.

2 Plan & build

Customized Automation Plan

We work together to create a clear plan of action. Then I take that and show you exactly what will be automated and how it all connects.

3 Launch

Build, Test, Launch

I build everything, you approve each step, and nothing feels confusing or out of your control.

4 Train & Iterate

Training & Simple Iteration

I walk you through how it all works in plain English. Then make small changes as needed as you start using it. I'll even create a video for you to reference so you don't forget.

How your automations are hosted (and why it matters)
Data privacy License-friendly Future-proof
Automation tools are incredibly powerful — so they need to be set up the right way to keep your information safe and to make sure everything is connected properly. I’m very intentional about that.
That’s why your automations are not stored in an account you don’t control. Instead, everything is set up in your name, either:
  • using an existing 3rd party automation system (n8n) that you control, or
  • In a simple, private setup that belongs entirely to you
I build and maintain the automations inside your environment — so you stay in full control, now and in the future.
Tiers of Support

A partnership that respects your stage of growth.

Clear, transparent tiers designed to meet you exactly where you are. Unsure what you need? We can define that together in a no-pressure conversation.

Tier 1: The Reset

For solopreneurs seeking to reclaim their evenings. Targeted planning and orchestration to close the most draining loops in their business.
$2,500 – $3,500 (one-time)

Tier 3: The Legacy

For leaders managing teams and high volume. Sophisticated, advanced plans that scales your impact without scaling your effort.
Starting at $10,000 (one-time)
  • Six plus automations designed around your routines and business
  • Deeper customization & advanced logic
  • Video walkthroughs and flow-chart documentation
  • Includes your first 30 days of the Systems Stewardship retainer ($750+ value). This provides a full month of proactive monitoring and unlimited adjustments to ensure your high-capacity system scales perfectly.

Systems Stewardship

From $750+ / mo

Building a great system is only half the battle. As your business grows and third-party tools update, your automations need a "steward"—someone to ensure they continue to serve your life, not add to your to-do list.

  • Monthly Optimization: Every 30 days, I'll review your workflows to see where AI can further streamline your tasks or where a logic tweak can save you another hour of work.

  • Priority Support: When life happens and you need a quick change to a workflow, you move to the front of the line.

  • Proactive Monitoring: I don’t wait for you to tell me something is broken. I'll setup monitoring for your workflows and connections to catch errors before you even notice them.

  • Iterative Growth: As you add new tools (a new customer management software, a different booking link, a new social platform), I'll handle the integrations so your "hub" stays connected.

The (not so small) print

To maintain the high level of focus required for each of my clients, support requests are handled via Email with a 24-hour response time. Please note that 'Support' covers the existing scope of work. Requests for new automations or significant logic changes outside the original plan will be quoted as a new project or covered under a Systems Stewardship retainer.

Not sure where to start?

The is completely free. We’ll identify where thoughtful automation can genuinely give you time back, with no pressure to buy.

Martial Headshot

Systems Architect for High-Performers

Partner, Father, and Engineer.

I built Boss in Balance because I saw the "invisible labor" my wife and my friends were carrying. Successful, ambitious solopreneurs who were managing everything—business, home, emotions—without systems to support them.

I bring 15+ years of engineering rigor to build systems that don't just "work," but actually care for the people running them.

FAQ

A few quick clarifications on how this all works. Still wondering something? You can always ask it on our clarity call.

I’m worried about losing the "personal touch."

This is a common fear. But automation, when done right, enhances your humanity—it doesn’t replace it. By automating the administrative noise, you actually free up more capacity to be truly present and personal where it counts. I design systems that protect your relationships, not just your revenue.

Will you host the automation for me?

No — and that’s by design. To keep your data privacy in your hands. I help you set up on your own accounts, or a private secure space. You stay in full ownership, and I act as the steward of that system.

I’m not “techy.” Will this feel overwhelming?

My job is to handle the technical complexity so you don’t have to. I’ll explain what matters, create simple visuals, and record walkthroughs so you always know what’s happening and how to use it.

What tools do you work with?

I connect the tools you already use: Customer management software, email platforms, socials, payment processors, and AI services, etc. to a special and powerful automation tool called n8n. During your Clarity Call, we’ll review your current tools and systems and decide what, if any, changes are needed.

Ready to start building a life where your systems carry more of the weight?

If you’re a driven entrepreneur — especially one raising a family, juggling a full life, or carrying too much weight alone — your systems should be helping you, not draining you. Let’s explore what automation could make possible for your day-to-day life.

The call is a no-pressure conversation on your needs and goals. If we’re not a fit, you’ll still leave with at least one concrete automation idea you can use.
